You agree not to:
- Use the website for fraudulent, harmful, or unlawful activity
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the website, customer accounts, or website systems
- Copy, scrape, reproduce, or misuse website content without permission

- Upload or send harmful code, spam, or malicious content
- Interfere with the normal operation or security of the website
We reserve the right to restrict or terminate access to the website if we believe someone has violated these Terms or misused the website.
3. Website Content
The content on this website is provided for general information about Arc & Allotropy, our products, and our services.
We do our best to keep information accurate and up to date, but we do not guarantee that all website content will always be complete, current, or error-free. Product availability, pricing, descriptions, policies, and services may change at any time.
We may update, remove, or change website content without notice.
4. Product Information
Arc & Allotropy sells handmade welded metal art and related products. Because our pieces are handmade, reclaimed, welded, or individually finished, each item may have natural variations.
These variations may include differences in:
- Color
- Texture
- Patina
- Weld marks
- Tool marks
- Shape
- Finish
- Size or dimensions
- Signs of age or prior use in reclaimed materials
These characteristics are part of the handmade and industrial nature of the work and are not considered defects.
We make reasonable efforts to display product photos and descriptions accurately. However, colors and details may appear differently depending on your device, screen settings, lighting, or photography.
5. Product Availability
Product availability may be limited. Many items are handmade, one-of-a-kind, small batch, or made from reclaimed materials that may not be available again.
Adding an item to your cart does not guarantee that the item is reserved until checkout is completed and payment is accepted.
We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, cancel unavailable items, or correct inventory errors.
6. Pricing
Prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated.
We make reasonable efforts to ensure pricing is accurate, but errors may occur. If a product is listed at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to correct the price, cancel the order, or contact you for approval before processing the order.
Prices may change at any time without notice.
Applicable taxes, shipping charges, delivery fees, or other costs may be added at checkout.
7. Orders and Payment
When you place an order through our website, you agree to provide accurate and complete billing, shipping, contact, and payment information.
Orders are not accepted until payment is successfully processed and the order is confirmed.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel, or limit an order for reasons including, but not limited to:
- Product unavailability
- Pricing or listing errors
- Suspected fraud or unauthorized activity
- Incomplete or inaccurate customer information
- Shipping limitations
- A violation of these Terms
Payments are processed through third-party payment processors. We do not intentionally store full credit card numbers or complete payment card details on our website.
8. Customer Accounts
Customers may be able to create an account to make checkout easier, view past orders, or manage certain customer information.
You are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
You agree to provide accurate account information and update it as needed.
We reserve the right to suspend or delete customer accounts if we believe an account is being misused, contains inaccurate information, or violates these Terms.
9. Shipping
If shipping is available for a product, shipping options, costs, and estimated delivery information may be provided during checkout or communicated separately.
Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to carrier issues, weather, holidays, incorrect addresses, high-volume periods, or circumstances outside our control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or additional costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.
Risk of loss may transfer to the customer once the order is delivered to the shipping carrier, unless otherwise required by law.
10. Local Pickup
Some products or repair items may be available for local pickup by appointment or arrangement.
Pickup details, timing, location, and availability will be communicated directly with the customer.
Unless otherwise arranged in writing, local pickup items must be picked up within 7 days after we notify you that the item is ready.
Customers are responsible for picking up items at the agreed time or communicating if they need to reschedule. We reserve the right to set reasonable limits on how long completed orders or repair items may be held.
11. Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Shipments
If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery at [email protected] with your order information and photos of the damaged item, packaging, and shipping label.
We may request photos or other information to help evaluate the issue and, if applicable, assist with a carrier claim.
For lost, delayed, or damaged shipments, resolution may depend on the shipping carrier, insurance coverage, tracking information, and the specific circumstances.
12. Returns and Exchanges
Because many Arc & Allotropy products are handmade, one-of-a-kind, custom, reclaimed, or individually finished, returns and exchanges may be limited.
Unless otherwise stated on a product listing or agreed to in writing, returns may be accepted only if:
- You contact us within 7 days of delivery or pickup
- The item is unused and in its original condition
- The item is not custom, personalized, final sale, or made-to-order
- The return is approved by Arc & Allotropy before the item is sent back
Customers may be responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to an error on our part.
Original shipping costs may not be refundable.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that are not approved in advance, are damaged after delivery, are missing parts, or are not returned in acceptable condition.
13. Custom or Made-to-Order Items
Custom, personalized, commissioned, modified, or made-to-order items are final sale.
These items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or exchange once work has begun, materials have been purchased, or the order has been approved, unless otherwise agreed in writing by Arc & Allotropy.
Custom work may require additional communication, approval, deposits, or payment terms. Any project-specific details should be confirmed in writing before work begins.
Because handmade work can vary, custom or made-to-order items may not look exactly like examples, sketches, photos, or previous pieces. Natural variation in materials, finish, welds, texture, shape, color, patina, and overall appearance is part of the handmade nature of the work.
14. Welding Repair Requests
Arc & Allotropy may offer small welding repair services for certain types of items or projects.
Submitting a repair request through the website does not guarantee that we will accept the project. We reserve the right to decline repair requests for any reason, including but not limited to:
- The project is outside our capabilities
- The item is too large, heavy, unsafe, or impractical to handle
- The repair involves structural, safety-critical, regulated, or high-risk work
- The material, condition, or damage cannot be properly evaluated
- The project requires equipment, certifications, inspections, or workspace we do not provide
- The timeline, scope, or expectations are not a good fit
We may request additional details, photos, measurements, material information, or in-person inspection before deciding whether a repair is accepted.
15. Estimates and Quotes for Repair Work
Any estimate provided before an in-person inspection is only a rough estimate and may change after we inspect the item.
Final pricing may depend on factors such as:
- Material type
- Extent of damage
- Preparation required
- Complexity of the repair
- Time required
- Consumables or materials needed
- Accessibility of the damaged area
- Whether additional issues are discovered during inspection or repair
No repair work will begin until the scope, price, and approval process are agreed upon.
We reserve the right to revise or withdraw an estimate if the project changes, new issues are discovered, or the item is different from what was originally described.
16. Repair Limitations
Welding repairs can improve strength, function, appearance, or usability, but not every item can be restored to original condition.
By requesting or approving repair work, you understand that:
- A repair may be visible
- The item may not look new after repair
- Repaired areas may have weld marks, grinding marks, heat discoloration, finish differences, or other visible signs of repair
- Some materials or prior damage may limit the final result
- Additional damage or weaknesses may be discovered during the repair process
- Some repairs may not be suitable for safety-critical or load-bearing use
Unless specifically agreed in writing, Arc & Allotropy does not perform structural, engineered, certified, inspected, or safety-critical welding work.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a repaired item is appropriate for its intended use after repair.
17. Repair Warranty
WRepair warranties, if any, are handled on a case-by-case basis and must be confirmed in writing.
Because welding repair work can vary depending on the item, material, age, condition, prior damage, intended use, and customer-provided information, not all repairs will include a warranty.
Unless a specific warranty is provided in writing, repair work is not guaranteed for a particular length of time, use, load, condition, or purpose.
Any warranty that is provided applies only to the specific repair performed by Arc & Allotropy and does not cover unrelated damage, misuse, normal wear and tear, rust, corrosion, improper use, modifications, accidents, overloading, exposure to harsh conditions, or issues caused by the original design, material condition, or prior repairs.
Customers are responsible for determining whether a repaired item is appropriate and safe for its intended use after repair.
18. Customer-Provided Items
For repair work, customers may need to bring or provide the item to be repaired.
You are responsible for ensuring that any item you bring is safe to handle and free from hazardous substances, excessive debris, fuel, oil, chemicals, pressure, electrical hazards, or other unsafe conditions unless specifically discussed and agreed in advance.
We reserve the right to refuse to work on any item we believe is unsafe, unsuitable, or not as described.
Customers are responsible for removing personal property, attachments, or unrelated items before drop-off unless otherwise agreed.
19. Abandoned Items
If a completed product, repaired item, or customer-provided item is not picked up within the agreed pickup window, we may contact you to arrange a new pickup time.
Unless otherwise arranged in writing, local pickup items should be picked up within 7 days after we notify you that the item is ready.
If an item remains unclaimed for an extended period after reasonable attempts to contact the customer, we may charge storage fees or treat the item as abandoned, subject to applicable law.
Specific pickup deadlines, storage fees, or abandoned item terms may be provided in writing for repair projects or local pickup orders.
20. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, product descriptions, photos, graphics, logos, branding, artwork, designs, and other materials, is owned by or licensed to Arc & Allotropy unless otherwise stated.

Purchasing a product does not transfer copyright, design rights, branding rights, or other intellectual property rights unless specifically agreed in writing.
21. User-Submitted Content
If you submit photos, reviews, comments, messages, project details, testimonials, or other content to us, you confirm that you have the right to share that content.
You grant Arc & Allotropy permission to use customer-provided content as needed to respond to your inquiry, process your order, evaluate a repair request, provide customer service, or operate the business.
